This means that shipping times and methods can vary depending on the item and its origin.

  • Verification: All orders are subject to verification.
  • Processing: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our suppliers typically process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). This involves quality checks, packaging, and dispatch. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Tracking Number Generation: A tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched from the supplier’s warehouse. Please allow an additional 0-10 business days for the tracking information to become active and update.

 

2. Estimated Shipping Times

 

Shipping times vary significantly depending on the product, the supplier’s location, and your delivery address.

  • General Estimate: Most orders are delivered within 0-10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • International Shipments: For items shipped from international warehouses, delivery times may extend to 15-60 business days, and in rare cases, up to 60 business days, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen customs delays.
  • Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages at different times.

Please note: The estimated delivery times are guides only. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs procedures, extreme weather conditions, carrier delays).


 

3. Shipping Costs

 

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders to most destinations worldwide.
  • Expedited Shipping: Currently, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also track your order directly on our website using our Track Your Order
  • Please allow up to 0-10 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country. Chadak.shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.
  • Chadak.shop is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages

 

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed by the customer from the postal service or customs office and is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • Lost Packages: While rare, if your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period, e.g., 30 days after shipment for domestic or 60 days for international), please contact us immediately at chadak.shop@gmail.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and supplier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chadak.shop@gmail.com. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

 

  • Due to our automated order processing system with suppliers, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed.
  • After this timeframe, your order will have been sent to our supplier for processing, and we will be unable to make any changes or cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.
