Returns & Exchanges


30-Day Hassle-Free Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and share return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back; once received, we process your refund or send the replacement.


Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days of receipt.



Cancellations, Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged or Lost Shipments
